North of Lake Winnipesaukee is the area known as the White Mountains. For years I came here every winter weekend to ski at Attitash and Bear Peak. Now I come to take pictures. In the Spring I check out the waterfalls, and the lupines in Sugar Hill. In the Summer I try to do justice to the old barns on Eastside road and take pictures of the covered bridges in the area, and capture the green waters of Echo Lake, and watch the climbers ascend Cathedral Ledge. The Fall color warms the valley and makes the otherwise lovely scenes better for this new shot of color. Winter brings the skiers, and the area is dressed in white from the snowfall, and is decorated to the nines for Christmas. I love this place!
